Important things you need to know

^Total monthly price excludes a postage fee of $4.95 and is for 30 days’ service. 1GB Data top-ups are available to each plan for $10 per 1GB, login to your account to add one.

Plans cannot be used for commercial purposes or re-sale; or any voice call, SMS or MMS that is re-routed by a third party and/or re-routed to an international destination or to a premium number or service. Personal Use and Acceptable Use policy apply. All Jim’s Mobile Phone data plans must be paid for in advance. SIM delivery can take up to 5 working days, after which you can activate your plan. The plan you select will have a specific amount of data included each month. We will use best efforts to notify you by SMS once you consume 50%, 85% and 100% of your data inclusion. Data usage alerts are not real-time and delays may be experienced. Additional data charges apply if you go over your data inclusion. There are no cancellation fees if you need to cancel your plan and prepaid amounts will not be refunded. Our mobile data product provides a combined 4G and 3G coverage footprint of 98.8% and 4G coverage footprint of 95% of Australian population. You can find our coverage map here.
