Standard calls include: calls to standard national fixed lines, standard national mobiles; calls to 13, 1300 and 18 numbers and calls to voicemail. Standard SMS include: national SMS and MMS all for use within Australia. Unlimited plans do not include: calls/SMS to international numbers, calls/SMS/data used when roaming, premium pre-routed SMS/MMS, voice call diverts, video calls. For additional services like calls and SMS to: international, satellite or premium numbers, call forwarding and video MMS, contact Jim’s Mobile Phones for activation and pre-payment. International roaming is not available. Plans cannot be used for commercial purposes or re-sale; or any voice call, SMS or MMS that is re-routed by a third party and/or re-routed to an international destination or to a premium number or service. Personal Use and Acceptable Use policy apply. All Jim’s Mobile Phone plans must be paid for in advance. SIM delivery can take up to 5 working days, after which you can activate your plan. The plan you select will have a specific amount of data included each month. We will use best efforts to notify you by SMS once you consume 50%, 85% and 100% of your data inclusion. Data usage alerts are not real-time and delays may be experienced. Additional data charges apply if you go over your data inclusion. There are no cancellation fees if you need to cancel your plan and prepaid amounts will not be refunded.
